Flexible short-to-medium-term leasing solutions designed around operator requirements, asset condition and remaining useful life.
Specialized aircraft and engine leasing focused on late-life aviation assets, with flexible pathways across leasing, trading and aftermarket monetization.
Celerity Aero Capital is an aircraft and engine leasing platform focused on late-life aviation assets. We combine leasing, technical asset management, trading and aftermarket capabilities to create flexible solutions for airlines, operators, investors and aviation counterparties.
We evaluate aircraft and engines not only as leasing assets, but also through their potential trading and aftermarket value.
Flexible short-to-medium-term leasing solutions designed around operator requirements, asset condition and remaining useful life.
Engine leasing solutions supporting operators during maintenance events, shop visits and transitional fleet requirements.
Active management of aircraft and engine assets across leasing, trading and lifecycle repositioning.
Aircraft and engine trading combined with teardown and component monetization through established industry channels.
Short-to-medium-term leasing of late-life aircraft and engines, designed to generate near-term operating cash flow while preserving flexibility around the asset's eventual disposition.
Our acquisition decisions consider technical condition, maintenance profile, market timing, leaseability and downstream monetization potential. At lease maturity or when market conditions change the asset can transition to an appropriate exit strategy.
CAC seeks to evaluate the full remaining value of an aviation asset rather than relying on a single predetermined residual-value assumption.
We selectively evaluate special opportunities related to mid life where technical, commercial and lifecycle factors create a compelling path to value.
Focus: selective mid life opportunities
Focus: lifecycle monetization
Specialist relationships can create visibility into assets, maintenance events, fleet transitions and aftermarket demand.
CAC works with capital partners, aviation investors and industry participants seeking exposure to specialized aircraft and engine opportunities.
